Please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment or there will be a charge as follows:

• Cancellations between 8 - 24 hours will incur a $25 charge

• Cancellations between 1-8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 charge

• Cancellations 1 hour prior and a no show will be charged the full treatment price

 

The appointment musts be made for the client receiving treatment. If you want to switch who attends the appointment there must be a 12 hour notification of change or the appointment will be left to the original booked appointment.
